Dice Drome terms of use

Last updated 16 October 2026

Dice Drome is a dice game for two. These terms apply to the game in the browser and in the app, and to the website dicedrome.com. Online you meet other players, and these rules apply to everyone. By logging in and playing online, and by turning on Show my name and photo to other players in Profile, you accept these terms.

Who runs Dice Drome

Dice Drome is developed and run by Dice Drome. Contact: mars.game.info@gmail.com.

Account and age

  • Playing the computer, two on one screen and the tutorial need no account.
  • Online play, friends and points need a free account. Accounts are for players aged 13 and over.
  • Your account is personal. Keep your login safe and don't share it.

Name and photo

  • Use a name and photo that anyone may see, including children.
  • Not allowed: offensive language, sex or nudity, violence, hate, bullying, discrimination, drugs or advertising. Don't pretend to be someone else, such as one of the game's staff.
  • Only use photos you have the right to use, preferably of yourself or something you made. Don't use photos of others without their permission.
  • Don't put personal details such as phone numbers, addresses or email in your name.
  • If you are under 15, a parent must agree.
  • Your name and photo are your own. When you show them to others, you allow Dice Drome to store them and show them to other players for as long as you keep showing them.

Fair play

Be decent to other players. Don't cheat or exploit bugs. Don't use programs or bots to play or collect points.

How we keep watch

  • Names are checked automatically by a filter before others can see them.
  • A person at Dice Drome reviews photos before others can see them. Until then, your initial is shown.
  • You can report a name or photo and block a player. Tap the player's nameplate in a match or their picture in your friends list.
  • If three players report the same name or photo, it is hidden automatically until we have reviewed it. Every report is seen by a person.

If the rules are broken

We may remove a name or photo and ban own photos for a period or for good. We may also ban a player from online play for a period or for good, and close the account. We choose the smallest step that fits what happened.

You are told in the game, in Profile, what we have done and for how long. If you want to know why, or you disagree, write to us within 6 months. A person will then review the case again, and you will get an answer with our reasons. You can also go to court.

Report illegal content

Anyone, also without an account, can report content in Dice Drome that they believe is illegal by writing to us. Tell us what the content is (such as a name or photo), where you saw it (such as the player number or name), why you believe it is illegal, and your name and email. We handle the report quickly and tell you what we did. In the game you can use Report.

Points, shop and events

  • Points and shop items, such as dice, boards and frames, have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account, and they disappear if the account is deleted or closed.
  • Event prizes can only be won while the event is running, and they cannot be bought.
  • Nothing in the game can be bought with real money today. If that changes, we will update these terms first.

The game as it is

We do our best to keep the game working, but we cannot promise that it will always run without errors or interruptions. We may change the game, remove features or close it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Stop whenever you like

You can always stop playing and delete your account in Profile. See also Delete your account.

Changes

We may change these terms. When a new date is shown at the top, the new terms apply from that day. For bigger changes, we tell you in the game.

Law and complaints

Danish law applies. If you are a consumer, you always keep the rights you have under the law where you live. If you are unhappy, write to us. Consumers can also complain to Nævnenes Hus (the Danish consumer complaints board), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk.

Contact

mars.game.info@gmail.com. This is also our point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). We answer in Danish and English.

How we handle information about you is described in the privacy policy.
