Delete your account
You can delete your Dice Drome account and the data that belongs to it at any time.
App: Dice Drome (Google Play and the browser). Developer: Dice Drome.
In the game
- Open Dice Drome and log in.
- Tap your name in the menu to open Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Tap again to confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
Without the game
Write to us from the email you log in with, with "Delete my account" in the subject line. If you log in with Google, that is your Google email. We delete the account within 30 days and write to you when it is done.
What is deleted
Your profile and email, your player number, name and photo, your friends list, friend requests and friend code, your points and points log, your purchases and your look, your rank, your event progress, reports and blocks.
What is kept
Finished matches are kept without any link to you, so your opponent's history still makes sense. Matches in progress are resigned. Emails you have sent us are only kept for as long as we need them to help you.
Deletion cannot be undone. You can always create a new account, but points and skins do not come with it.
Only your name and photo
Want to keep your account but delete your name and photo? Turn off Show my name and photo to other players in Profile. They are deleted from the server at once.
